How do I create an account?
You can set up your Hypex Mart account in two easy ways - either from our Sign Up page or with your Social accounts (Google or Facebook)
To set up your account using our Sign Up page, simply follow these steps:
- Click ‘Login' at the top of the page.
- Enter your name, phone number, email address and your password in the next screen.
- Click 'Sign Up'.
To set up your account with your Facebook or Google profile, follow these steps:
- Click ‘Login' at the top of the page.
- Click 'Sign In' with Facebook/ Google.
- Hypex Mart will use your Google/Facebook details to create your account.
FAQ
How do I change my email address?
We’re sorry, you will not be able to change the email address you’ve used to create your existing account. If you’d like to use a different email address, you’ll have to again create a new account with different email address.
How do I change my password?
- Sign in to your Hypex Mart account.
- Go to the My Account section.
- Go to your My Profile page.
- Enter your current and new password and click the Save Changes button.
How do I change my billing address?
- Sign in to your Hypex Mart account.
- Go to the My Account section.
- Click on the My Address tab on the left of the page.
- Enter your new address in the space below Add New Address.
- Make your changes and save your new billing address.
Is my account and payment information secure?
Your account and address information are secured by best-in-class 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card details in our servers. To keep your personal and payment details safe, we ensure that sensitive and private data exchanges between you and Hypex Mart happen over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
How do I order products from Hypex Mart?
- Find the products you want to buy by searching for them or by browsing our categories.
- Add these products to your cart with the 'Add to Cart’ button.
- Click your mini-cart from the top right of any page.
- Enter your shipping information and payment information and complete the order by clicking ‘Proceed to Checkout’ for electronic payment methods
Can I place an order without opening an account?
Yes, you can. Simply skip the sign-in process and shop as a guest. But you’ll need to sign in or sign up and enter payment information when you check out.
I was disconnected from the Internet while my order was being processed. How do I complete my order?
If a Thank You screen hasn't been displayed, it means your order hasn't been processed. Restart the process and try again. But check your bank account if the transaction has occurred or not.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods:
- Visa/MasterCard - Debit/Credit Cards.
- PayNow.
Is it safe to shop online with my Debit or Credit Card or net banking?
It is absolutely safe. We use best-in-class 256-bit SSL encryption to secure and protect your shopping experience.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Absolutely there are no hidden charges. We ensure the charges are transparent to our customers and we give information of the product taxes and delivery charges during check out.
What should I do if my payment attempt fails?
If your payment has failed, please try again after checking whether your account details, billing address, Debit or Credit Card details, Net Banking details or any other payment-related information is accurate.
Check that your internet connection is working.
If any amount has been debited during the failed transaction, it will be credited back to your bank account, Credit Card within seven business days.
Shipping, Delivery & Tracking
When will I receive the product?
Orders placed from Monday to Saturday will be delivered within 3 business days.
During sales or promotional events, we do get a little busy and may require an additional two to three business days to deliver your order.
What if I’m not at home when my order arrives?
If you are unavailable when they arrive, the order will be delivered with a fee.
I was unavailable each time your delivery partner tried to contact me. What should I do?
Do not worry our delivery partners will contact you and attempt to deliver the order to you or you will have to make an alternative arrangement.
Can someone else receive the order on my behalf?
Yes, another person can receive your order on your behalf at the address specified on your order. Inform the delivery agent of it when he calls for delivering your order.
Return Process
How do I return my products?
Only certain products sold through our website are eligible for return during the return window. Every product in display will display whether it is eligible for return, the eligible conditions for return and the duration of the return window. If the product is eligible for return, you can make a return and refund request from your 'Orders' page and every refund request will be processed within 15 days from the date of receipt of goods in original form and shape in our office. Refunds will be done through the original payment mode.
What if the product is damaged?
No worries, call us through the customer care or mail us the photograph of the damage. Our quality control department will assess it and confirm your request. We’ll send you the replacement product free of cost.
